From CBT with exposure and response prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE), we will cover it! And, we will also explain a developing treatment model for children and teens called Inference Based Cognitive Behavior Therapy (I- CBT).
