Scheduling

My Secure Client Portal allows you to see my availability, schedule your appointment, and complete all necessary forms prior to your appointment.

* * * I typically have an extensive waitlist. If you have not done so already, please make sure you have reached out to me via email to ensure availability and mutual agreement to move forward with services.  

In order to access the Client Portal, simply click the “Make an Appointment” button below. There you will be prompted to input your contact and insurance information, as well as complete any necessary forms via e-signature. You will also be able to schedule your initial diagnostic interview/assessment at this time.  If there are any additional forms to complete, the portal will then send you a message to complete any additional documents. You may complete this conveniently via your computer or any mobile device.

From the portal, we will also be able to securely communicate prior to your appointment, and you will have the ability to upload any applicable documents for me to review.
